After over a decade of owning and operating restaurants in Santa Monica, California, I was inspired by challenges facing our industry.  Mainly rising wages and other negative pressures on our margins. I realized technology was the solution that would bring guests contactless service and improved convenience by giving them what they want when they want it. OhWaiter offers Menu QR codes, SMS texting platform with no app to download and mobile payment. After launching OhWaiter, our review scores went up; we sold more food and more importantly cocktails; and our margins are better. It’s a no-brainer.
